In Gamelearn we are packing up to attend the eLearning expo 2016 in Paris, a must for e-learning and corporate training professionals who want to be up to date on the latest developments and trends in the industry.
On March 22, 23 and 24 in the French capital we will delve into the fundamentals of training and digital learning, paying special attention to their three main aspects: people (employees), organizations (companies) and offers (training programs) to meet global needs in the most effective manner.
Optimizing the tools available to a business in order to train and develop the skills of their employees is the key to efficient management as proposed in Gamelearn. We will share our experience with the attendees at two workshops on game-based learning applied to corporate training.
On March 22 at 2:30 pm, our team will explain how game-based learning and gamification can encourage participation and ensure the engagement of students (“Comment le game-based learning et la gamification peuvent stimuler la participation”). In this first talk, we will discuss what workers expect from training and the benefits of gamification and the use of simulators to strengthen the structure of a company.
On the next day, March 23 at 10:00 am, our second intervention will take place, named “The use of serious games in the development of leadership and team management skills” (“L’utilisation de serious games dans le développement du leadership et des compétences de management d’équipe”), in which we will approach Pacific, the first serious game on this subject in the world.
E-learning has flourished over the past decades and it is to blame for the increase in overall performance in many organizations. Companies need to encourage and manage the talent of their employees, and the attendance to the eLearning expo in Paris will serve to bring our offer to its visitors. In Gamelearn, we are world leaders in the development of serious games for corporate learning, aware of the enormous benefits game-based learning represents for the training of workers.
The event at the City of Light is an excellent platform for sharing the diversity of proposals before hundreds of Human Resources professionals of the most important European companies. More than 100 sales stands and 6,000 attendees will be present in this specialized meeting, in order to identify the available resources to enhance performance and talent development.
