In Gamelearn, we are heading to Berlin to attend the prestigious EMEA International Executive Learning Forum, to be held this April 4th in the German capital.
Representatives from 17 countries and all five continents will come together at this event to reflect on how to address the challenges of corporate training. The key of the International Executive Learning Forum is the sharing of innovative learning practices.
From Gamelearn, we act as speakers for game-based learning and gamification proposals, cutting-edge strategies for the professional development of workers in the twenty-first century.
At 11:30, we will participate in the round table through our co-founder and sales director, Mai Apraiz. Our intervention, entitled “How game-based learning and gamification can boost engagement”, will be focused on explaining how these e-learning methodologies guarantee the commitment (engagement) of participants when facing a training action.
One of the current challenges for training managers and HR departments of any company is precisely to achieve engagement when implementing a training action. The complexity involved in motivating employees to perform a training action that will improve their skills in the work place, coupled with the lack of time and the growing demand for online learning, make game-based learning and gamified solutions the most efficient response to this challenge.
Together with our team, there will also be other training professionals and managers of major organizations such as IE Business School, AXA, Deutsche Bank, Airbus or the University of Oxford, among many others who will make up the panel of experts.
From the welcome to the meeting, early in the morning, everyone will have the chance to chat with all of them in a networking environment that will carry on through the whole day. With our presence in this forum, we will try once again to present the potential of our pioneering solutions to the world. Through our videogames and apps focused on the development of soft skills, employees of any company can improve their skills and grow personally and professionally with gamified tools.
